Mohamed A. Karimullah is Vice President of Infinity Services, Inc., an engineering and management consulting company providing world-class services to clients in Guyana’s energy and environmental sectors, with an emphasis on delivering solutions that prioritize health and safety. Kari, a Guyanese national and Queens College alumnus, began his professional career as a Trade and Finance Economist with the government of Guyana, following his graduation with a degree in Economics from the City University of London, UK. After migrating to the United States, he pursued additional studies and certifications in the field of Information Technology and subsequently embarked on a career as an Information Security Engineer. In more than three decades of direct professional expertise in the field, he has built IT systems with the data archiving company Patrina Corporation on Wall Street dealing with sensitive Financial data, Securities trades, and confirmations. He has also held positions of strategic responsibility with the Sony family of global companies, Sony Music Enterprise, bringing to bear his vast experience of IT Systems on securing that global network. Ever adept at quick learning, he rapidly immersed himself in the growing load migration to the AWS (Amazon Web Service) and OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) for security risk management. After his decades-long immersion in U.S. corporate culture and management, during which he has engaged extensively with major U.S. and Global tech vendors, Mohamed is now applying his substantial experience and expertise to ensuring the success of Infinity Services as a leading provider of high-quality support services in Guyana’s oil and gas sector.
